We are a team of educated and intelligent practitioners who listen to your body and work with structure and alignment to achieve positive results for all clients. We currently serve clients in our Oakland and Placerville offices.

For ease of scheduling, we recommend signing up for an account. This will allow you to view appointment information, reschedule appointments, and view packages more easily than if you schedule as a guest. You will have the option to register at the end of this booking session.

This initial session allows time for a structural/postural assessment as well as extra time to discuss relevant health history. This enables us to better tailor your session to your specific needs.
Whether you're coming to address a specific issue or for general relaxation or both, our time on the table will integrate a wide variety of techniques, including Swedish, myo-fascial, Cranio-Sacral, Lymph Drainage and other techniques to achieve your desired outcome.

This initial session allows time for a structural/postural assessment as well as extra time to discuss relevant health and pregnancy history. This enables us to better tailor your session to your specific needs.
Whether you're coming to address a specific issue or for general relaxation or both, our time on the table will integrate a wide variety of techniques, including Swedish, myo-fascial, Cranio-Sacral, Lymph Drainage and other techniques to achieve your desired outcome.

60 Minute Integrative Session

1 hour @ $100.00

Best suited for returning clients simply seeking full-body relaxation without any major issues, or for those wishing to address one or two specific ailments only.
Integrates Swedish, myo-facial techniques, cranio-sacral work, Medical Massage and other techniques, tailored to your meet your needs.
Included in the session are 5-10 minutes of "check-in" time at the beginning to enable me to structure the session appropriately.

75 Minute Integrative Session

1 hour 15 minutes @ $125.00

Best suited for returning clients seeking a full-body massage with extra attention to one or two specific ailments.
Integrates Swedish, myo-facial techniques, cranio-sacral work, Medical Massage and other techniques, tailored to your meet your needs.
Included in the session are 5-10 minutes of "check-in" time at the beginning to enable me to structure the session appropriately.

75 minute Pre-natal Massage (Copy)

1 hour 15 minutes @ $125.00

Due to propping and position changes, this is the minimum amount of time recommended for a pre-natal session. *Please obtain permission from your doctor if you are "high risk" or have any complications. Please state how many weeks you are.

If you would like to bring your baby and a helper, this length of session allows you to nurse your baby during our intake and hand them off to your helper during your session.

This session is ideal for those seeking in-depth work on specific areas, along with a full-body massage. This session also allows time to discuss self-care techniques to continue your healing process at home.
Integrates Swedish, Deep Tissue, Medical Massage and other techniques, tailored to your body's needs and desires.
Included in the session are 5-10 minutes of "check-in" time at the beginning to enable me to structure the session appropriately.

Zoey Anderson is an experienced Doula and talented Bodyworker. Having recently completed her training at National Holistic Institute, she employs a variety of techniques to meet your needs, including sophisticated methods to release fascial restrictions and address scar tissue. Zoey's healing touch and intuition are outstanding - we're lucky to have her as part of our ITB team!

Spinning Babies Body Balancing with Zoey

1 hour 30 minutes @ $145.00

Zoey is an experienced birth doula, Licensed Massage Therapist and Spinning Babies Aware Practitioner. This session consists of a visual and hands-on assessment to find restrictions that may be affecting the position of your baby, hands-on work to address these restrictions, and an introduction to exercises to be continued at home to address your specific needs.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing for movement. Some or all of the session will be done clothed.
